There is considerable scope for the successful candidates to become actively involved in shaping this process.
We have benefited from a recent team-driven redesign of our dedicated paediatric area led by our dynamic Paediatric Team. This has led to an improved service and patient experience.
We offer rota flexibility through self-rostering on Health Rota which facilitates an attractive work/life balance.
