Senior Urban Designer Job in London with an award-winning, multidisciplinary design practice offering hybrid working and the opportunity to lead and shape large-scale master planning and regeneration projects. This established, design-led practice works across urban design, architecture, landscape and development consultancy, delivering projects from early visioning through to detailed frameworks and delivery. • Lead and contribute to urban design and master planning projects from concept through to delivery
• Produce and oversee the preparation of frameworks, masterplans and vision documents
• Work on suburban and urban master planning, town regeneration and new community projects
• Support and guide junior team members within project teams
• Collaborate closely with architects, landscape architects and external consultants
• Prepare high-quality graphic outputs, reports and presentations
• Engage with clients, stakeholders and local authorities as required

• Minimum of 5 years' professional experience in urban design
• Proven project-leading experience on master planning and regeneration schemes on UK projects
• Strong design and placemaking skills with a clear understanding of UK planning context
• Excellent graphic skills
• Proficiency in Adobe Creative Suite, AutoCAD and Sketch Up
• Ability to manage multiple projects and deadlines
• Strong communication and presentation skills

• Salary £45,000-£55,000
• 2 Days WFH per week
• 23 days annual leave plus bank holidays rising to 25 after 3 years
