An established design-led architectural practice based in the South of England is seeking a skilled Architectural Technician to join its collaborative and creative team. The studio is known for thoughtful, people-centred design that delivers functional, engaging spaces across a range of sectors, with particular strength in education, residential, health and leisure, and specialist projects.

• Prepare and develop detailed architectural drawings, specifications and technical information
• Support project delivery through all technical stages of design, including co-ordination with consultants and contractors
• Contribute to planning submissions, construction packages, and BIM model development
• Ensure compliance with UK Building Regulations, relevant standards and best practice detailing
• Work collaboratively with architects, designers and the wider technical team
• Support quality assurance processes and maintain accurate project documentation
• Assist in the production of visualisations, schedules and presentations

• Relevant qualification in Architectural Technology or equivalent
• Proven experience delivering technical packages and construction information within an architectural practice
• Competency with Revit and other architectural software (AutoCAD, BIM tools)
• Strong understanding of UK Building Regulations, detailing and construction processes
• Ability to produce accurate, well-organised technical drawings and documentation
• Effective communicator with excellent organisational and team working skills
• Proactive approach and commitment to high-quality, collaborative outcomes
