Who we are:
We’re a Recruitment Agency in the world of construction, specialising in management roles in the south of the UK. In a nutshell we’re a stable company, growing, looking for help with the admin side of the business.
Although you’ll start with us as an administrator, there will be a possibility to develop the role into a recruitment role should you aspire to grow in this direction.
The role would suit someone happy to start on a part time basis (25h / week - hours are 9-2)
About you
We care more about your personality than your background as we believe everything can be taught. However we need you to be someone with
* Strong organisational skills and attention to detail
* Excellent communication skills:
You will communicate in writing and over the phone with clients and candidates, therefore good communication skills and professional mannerisms are essential
* Ability to manage multiple tasks and prioritise effectively
* Comfortable using Microsoft Office and database systems
* Professional, resourceful, and reliable.
Desirable
* Previous administration, recruitment, HR, or office experience
* Customer service background
* Familiarity with recruitment CRM systems
What you will do on a daily basis
Upon your arrival you main task will be to tidy our database, allowing for us to gain a significant amount of time in our everyday activities, find the right people for the jobs quicker and introduce the right people to the right places. Beside this your role will include:
Candidate Administration & Compliance
* Registering new candidates/clients accurately onto the CRM system
* Requesting, checking, and uploading compliance documentation.
* Ensuring all candidate files are compliant with legislation, company policy, and client requirements
* Maintaining accurate and up-to-date candidate records in line with GDPR
Consultant & Office Support
* Supporting recruitment consultants with administrative tasks
* Formatting CVs into company templates
* Posting job adverts and managing responses
* Supporting onboarding once a placement is made, including contracts and start-date coordination
General Administration
* Maintaining accurate records for placements and starters
* Supporting payroll and invoicing processes where required
* Producing reports for consultants or management
* General office administration to support smooth business operations
