• Prospect, qualify, and onboard carriers to grow a reliable network.
• Build long‑term relationships with carrier reps, dispatchers, and drivers.
• Source and match carriers to customer freight, negotiating rates and terms.
• Monitor active shipments, resolving issues with urgency and professionalism.
• Ensure accurate load details, rate confirmations, and tracking updates in the TMS.
• Track and analyze carrier performance to drive loyalty and efficiency.

• 0–2 years of sales, logistics, customer service, or related experience (logistics preferred but not required)
• Strong communication and relationship‑building skills
• Highly organized and comfortable in a fast‑paced environment
• Motivated, competitive, and eager to learn
• Proficient in Microsoft Office; TMS experience is a plus
• Ability to work both independently and collaboratively
