Logistics Coordinator

Location: Woodridge, IL (On-site)

RWB Trucking is a boutique, high-performance 3PL headquartered in the Chicago area. We specialize in temperature-controlled freight, over-the-road, drayage, and LTL solutions for national brands. We move fast, solve problems, and build long-term partnerships with our customers.

We are hiring a Logistics Coordinator to support one of our senior National Account Executives in managing several of RWB’s largest customer accounts.

This is a hands-on, fast-paced role focused on executing freight from pickup to delivery. You will help coordinate shipments, communicate with carriers and customers, track loads, and resolve issues in real time. You’ll work directly alongside senior leadership and gain exposure to high-level account management and operations.

No prior logistics experience is required — we will train the right person. However, experience in transportation, brokerage, or supply chain is a strong plus.

• Coordinate daily freight for key national accounts
• Track shipments and ensure on-time pickup and delivery
• Communicate with carriers, customers, and internal team members
• Resolve service issues quickly and professionally
• Support pricing, load entry, and operational execution
• Learn the full lifecycle of freight brokerage from experienced leaders

• Strong communication skills and professionalism
• High attention to detail and sense of urgency
• Ability to multitask in a fast-paced environment
• Coachable, reliable, and team-oriented
• Logistics or transportation experience is a plus, but not required
