OverviewJoin a trusted agricultural logistics team this season! We’re seeking a reliable Seasonal CDL Truck Driver (Class
A) to support our farming operations during peak periods. You’ll primarily deliver fertilizers and agricultural chemicals, with occasional grain hauling during slower seasons. If you’re safety-conscious, dependable, and enjoy a hands-on role, this position is a great fit.
- Safely transport fertilizer and agricultural chemicals to farms and company locations during peak season
- Haul grain and other materials during non-peak periods, as needed
- Maintain accurate delivery logs, inventory records, and DOT paperwork
- Communicate daily with dispatch to plan efficient routes and schedules
- Adhere to all company safety guidelines and federal regulations (FMCSA/US DOT)
- Perform routine inspections and basic maintenance checks on trucks and equipment
- Assist with general operational tasks as assigned
Experience & Knowledge
- Prior experience in agriculture or farming operations is a plus
- Familiarity with FMCSA regulations and DOT compliance
- Basic understanding of commercial truck inspections and maintenance
Skills & Abilities
- Strong communication and customer service skills
- Ability to follow detailed safety procedures and protocols
- Comfortable using basic computer software and mobile devices
- Effective time-management and organizational skills in a fast-paced, seasonal environment
- High school diploma or equivalent
- Valid Class A CDL
- Manual transmission driving experience
- Ability to lift and move 50+ lbs regularly
- Comfortable performing repetitive physical tasks
- Must pass a pre-employment drug screening
