Excel Oil Service is seeking a dedicated and safety-conscious Waste Oil Collection Driver to join our team in Hammond, Indiana. The successful candidate will be responsible for the collection and transportation of used oil and other non-hazardous waste materials from customer locations to our disposal facilities, ensuring adherence to all federal, state, and local environmental regulations.

• Safely operate company vehicles, including tank wagons and tractor-trailers, to collect used oil and related materials from customer sites.
• Conduct pre- and post-trip inspections of vehicles to ensure optimal operating conditions.
• Accurately complete and maintain all required documentation, including manifests and waste stream receipts, to ensure a clear and compliant paperwork trail.
• Provide exceptional customer service by interacting professionally with clients during collection activities.
• Adhere to all company policies, safety guidelines, and environmental regulations to maintain compliance and uphold our commitment to environmental stewardship.

• Valid Commercial Driver's License (CDL) with appropriate endorsements for operating tank vehicles.
• Proven experience in commercial truck driving, preferably in waste collection or environmental services.
• Strong understanding of DOT regulations and safety protocols related to waste transportation.
• Excellent communication and customer service skills.
• Ability to perform physical tasks, including lifting and maneuvering heavy hoses and equipment.
