MUSH has expanded from local farmers’ markets to selling at thousands of retailers across the continent. We are seeking a high performer to join our Supply Chain Team as a Customer Logistics Manager. This individual will play a key role in managing and improving our procurement operations to support the continued growth and success of the business.

Role Description

MUSH is looking for a Customer Logistics Manager to oversee and optimize our end-to-end logistics operations. The Customer Logistics Manager will collaborate with customers, carriers, warehouse personnel, and cross‑functional internal teams to ensure seamless execution.

Key Responsibilities
  • Logistics & Transportation:
    • Manage end-to-end logistics for all customer orders:
      • Receive and confirm orders. Plan and tender all shipments across all transportation modes.
      • Track and trace all shipments from loading through delivery.
      • Ensure all shipments meet cold chain compliance and traceability standards.
      • Resolve delays and discrepancies through delivery.
  • Own sourcing and relationship management for carriers, warehousing, and fulfillment partners.
  • Develop and maintain vendor compliance programs across retailers to ensure ongoing compliance and exceptional service.
  • Develop tools to forecast, measure, and report KPIs on cost and service for both outbound and inbound transportation.
  • Customer Supply Chain:
    • Serve as the primary point of contact for customers to ensure all orders are accurately planned in ERP systems with correct quantities, delivery windows, and product details.
    • Monitor and report on service metrics, ensuring alignment with service‑level agreements and expectations (e.g., fill rate, OTIF).
  • Ideal Candidate
    • 4+ years experience in logistics, preferably in food/CPG.
    • Familiarity with major retailer and distributor routing requirements.
    • Proven experience managing 3PLs and carriers.
    • Hands‑on experience managing customer orders in EDI and ERP systems.
    • Exceptional proficiency in Google Suite, Microsoft Excel.
    • Strong organizational skills and attention to detail. Experience designing and implementing operations processes.
