Logistics Coordinator

The logistics Coordinator handles administrative duties related to shipping, receiving, and inventory management, including preparing shipping documents, tracking shipments, coordinating with carriers and suppliers, and maintaining accurate records. They ensure the smooth and efficient flow of goods into and out of the company by managing logistics-related paperwork, providing customer service, and supporting warehouse operations.

• Shipment and delivery coordination:Schedule pickups, coordinate routes, and track shipments to ensure on-time delivery.
• Documentation and data entry:Prepare and process shipping documents, invoices, and bills. Update and maintain inventory and shipment records in company systems.
• Inventory management:Monitor stock levels, track inventory information, and ensure sufficient supplies for shipping operations.
• Communication:Act as a point of contact for customers, carriers, and suppliers, providing updates and resolving issues related to shipments.

• High school diploma or GED; associate degree is preferred.
• Proficiency in Microsoft Office and other relevant logistics software.
• Strong communication, organizational, and multitasking skills.
• Attention to detail and accuracy.
• Problem-solving abilities.
