To be a HUNK, you must be honest, uniformed, nice, knowledgeable and service‑oriented.

• Greet clients with a friendly attitude and uniform.
• Educate customers on pricing, services, and benefits.
• Safely operate the junk truck and perform daily inspections.
• Maintain accurate receipts, safety equipment and marketing material.
• Price jobs aggressively, meeting and surpassing benchmarks.
• Make logistical decisions for disposal, job completion and marketing during downtime.
• Lead and motivate the team, modeling company core values.
• Train new hires on day‑to‑day operations and core values.
• Complete daily checklists and prevent costly mistakes.
• Communicate regularly with the supervisor for assignments and troubleshooting.

• Valid driver’s license.
• Drug/alcohol free.
• Reliable transportation to and from work.
• Experience handling cash and credit cards.
• Willingness to complete a background check.

Compensation: $13‑$20 per hour. Advance to Team Captain for more opportunity.
