CDL-A Lease-to-Buy OTR Drivers – Path to Ownership

Equipment: Tractor + Trailer (lease provided)
- Valid CDL Class A license – no other licenses accepted
- Minimum 2 years of verifiable OTR experience across multiple states
- Ability to stay on the road at least 2 weeks at a time (with up to 3 days home time)
- Clean driving record and eligibility to work as an independent contractor

Pay & Lease Structure88% of gross revenue is paid directly to you
12% company fee
Weekly Fixed Lease Payment: $2,200/week (covers truck, trailer, insurance, maintenance, factoring, ELD, and support)
Lease-to-Buy Escrow Deposit: $250/week for 10 weeks ($2,500 total, refundable per policy)
Truck Ownership Details:
- Trucks priced $170,000–$200,000
- Ownership completed in ~150 weeks (example: $180,000 ÷ $1,200 = 150 weeks)
- Final price confirmed after approval and assignment
- OTR – all 48 states,
no forced dispatch - Average gross: $7,000 – $10,000/week
- 3,000+ miles/week average
- Fuel card with discounts (fuel cost deducted weekly)
- Weekly direct deposit (Form 1099 – Independent Contractor)
- Bonuses:
Safety bonus: $200–$500 (based on inspections)
