Nationwide Freight Coverage: Travel across all 48 states, with the majority of freight running east of I-35. Go where the job takes you, without forced NYC dispatch trips into NYC or its five boroughs.

• Average 2,000-2,200 miles per week (subject to HOS and availability).
• 100% no-touch freight with 50-60% drop & hook and 40-50% live unload.
• Average length of haul: 400 miles.
• Drive 2021 or newer Freightliner Cascadias and Kenworths.
• Round-the-clock access to operations support, 24/7.

• 1 year = 1 week of vacation
• 3 years = 2 weeks
• 7 years = 3 weeks
• 15 years = 4 weeks

Sign-On Bonus: $1,000 (paid in two installments: $500 after your first load and $500 after 30 days).

• Detention Pay: $12.50 per hour after the first two hours.
• Layover/Breakdown Pay: $100 per day.
• Performance Bonus: Earn up to an additional 3 CPM based on safety, mileage, and productivity. Eligible from the first of the month after hire.

• Must be an active OTR company driver at the time of the bonus payout.
• We reserve the right to modify or cancel the Sign-On or Performance Bonus with appropriate notice as required by law.
• Your employment remains at will and can be terminated by either party at any time.
• At least 3 months of verifiable experience
