Position: Class A CDL Liquid Tanker Regional Driver

Location: St. Louis, MO

Hiring Area: 35-70 mile radius of St. Louis, MO

• Freight Type: Liquid Tanker
• Route Details: Lanes:
  Regional, primarily Midwest
• Average Miles: 2,200-2,500/week

• Schedule: 7-10 or 10-14 days out
• Home Time: 34 hour reset when at home

• Description: General chemical liquid tanker regional freight
• Freight: General chemical. Hazmat, liquid in bulk

• Equipment: Manual and Autos 2019 and newer. Mack, Volvos and Internationals
• Truck Speed: Cruise 68 MPH, Pedal 65 MPH
• Parking: Ops approved location
• Average Pay: 1,200-1,800 per week
• Specific Requirements: Tanker required, Hazmat required, TWIC required, Valid Passport (preferred), Minimum of 6 months of previous Liquid experience or 24 months of recent verifiable tractor-trailer experience

• Online Orientation & Drug Screening: 2.5-3 hours (31/32 online tasks including CDL/Medical Card/SS card upload, BTC policies review, Recurrent HM Training Videos)
• Online Orientation Completion Pay: $200 (on 1st check Friday/week following hire)
• Onsite Training: 5 days at Jacksonville FL (dry bulk) or Fenton MO (liquid) - $120/day – 1.5-2 days classroom – Standard driver road test – Introduction to pneumatic or liquid tank equipment
• Road Training:
  • Dry Bulk: 5-7 days at home terminal - $120/day
  • Liquid (with 6+ months liquid experience): 1 week - Week 1 $ 120/day, Week 2 $ 200/day
  • Liquid (no previous liquid experience): 2 weeks - Week 1 $ 120/day, Week 2 $ 200/day
• Lodging: Single occupancy at Route 66 or Drury Inn (Fenton MO) or Microtel (Jacksonville FL)
• Meals: Breakfast and Lunch provided during onsite training
• Travel: Plane or car rental reimbursed

• Pay Frequency: Weekly every Friday via Direct Deposit

• Detention Pay: $5.00 per hour after 2 hours
• Per Diem: Optional 0.14/mile (weekly miles)
