This is an on-site position with relocation assistance available for the right candidate.

• Manage time-sensitive freight for high-priority customers
• Build and grow relationships with shippers and carriers
• Negotiate rates, track shipments, and ensure on-time delivery
• Work cross-functionally with dispatch, operations, and customer service teams
• Deliver exceptional service to customers with urgent transportation needs

• Proven experience in freight brokerage or logistics
• High sense of urgency and strong communication skills
• Ability to problem-solve quickly and think on your feet
• Comfortable working in a fast-paced, performance-driven environment
• Willingness to relocate to Fort Wayne, IN or another listed branch
