Maintenance, Housekeeping

• Inspecting facilities, grounds, and equipment to identify maintenance issues.
• Performing repairs and maintenance as needed, including plumbing, electrical systems, carpentry, and HVAC.
• Keeping a maintenance log and writing shift reports.
• Reporting any issues to management.
• Responding to repair and maintenance requests in a timely manner.
• Collaborating with the maintenance team and contractors as needed.
• Using equipment, including power tools, hand tools, electric tools, and plumbing tools.

• Experience in maintenance
• Ability to drive fork lift
• HS Diploma, GED or Equivalent
• Must have a valid driver's license
• Must be at least 18 years of age

• Fork lift drive
• Ability to lift
• Physically fit
• Knowledge for maintenance

• Able to lift at least 25 lbs.
• Able to drive fork lift.
• Able to do some maintenance.
