We are currently seeking a qualified DOT Certified Charter Driver to join our team and help deliver exceptional travel experiences to our clients.

The DOT Certified Charter Driver will be responsible for operating our fleet of charter buses safely and efficiently. The ideal candidate will have a strong commitment to safety, excellent driving skills, and a customer service-oriented attitude.

• Safe Operation:
  Operate charter buses in a safe and efficient manner, complying with all DOT regulations and company policies.
• Customer Service:
  Provide excellent customer service to passengers, including assistance with boarding and luggage, addressing questions, and ensuring a comfortable travel experience.
• Route Management:
  Follow designated routes and schedules while adapting to changing traffic and weather conditions to ensure timely arrivals and departures.
• Vehicle Inspection:
  Conduct pre-trip and post-trip inspections to ensure the vehicle is in good operating condition. Report any issues or needed repairs to the maintenance team.
• Record Keeping:
  Maintain accurate logs of driving hours, fuel usage, and passenger counts as required by DOT regulations and company policies.
• Communication:
  Maintain clear and professional communication with dispatchers, tour guides, and passengers.
• Safety Compliance:
  Adhere to all safety protocols, including the use of seat belts, proper loading and unloading procedures, and emergency response actions.
• Cleanliness:
  Ensure the interior and exterior of the bus are clean and presentable at all times.

• DOT Certification:
  Valid Commercial Driver’s License (CDL) with passenger endorsement and current DOT medical certification.
• Experience:
  
  Minimum of 2 years of experience driving commercial vehicles, preferably charter buses.
• Clean Driving Record:
  No major traffic violations or accidents in the past 2 years.
• Knowledge:
  Familiarity with DOT regulations and compliance requirements.
• Skills:
  
  Excellent driving skills, strong attention to detail, and ability to handle stressful driving conditions.
• Customer Service:
  Strong interpersonal skills with a customer-focused attitude.
• Flexibility:
  Willingness to work varying schedules, including weekends and holidays, as required.
