The Dispatcher reports to the Operations Manager and is responsible for problem-solving and delivering high-quality customer service across our nationwide operations. While transportation experience is not mandatory, a desire to succeed is essential. The role involves handling a high volume of calls, communicating with drivers, responding to emails, and resolving issues throughout the day.

• Organize and prioritize tasks effectively.
• Communicate clearly in a fast-paced environment.
• Read and interpret documents and maps.
• Operate radio systems and use software tools.
• Work independently and under pressure.
• Maintain organized records.

Required: High school diploma or GED

Preferred: 2 years of experience in dispatch, call center, customer service, hospitality, or related fields.
