We are looking for dependable, respectful individuals who are ready to serve their community by ensuring our passengers arrive safely and on time.

- Can physically assist passengers with mobility needs
- Are comfortable using smartphones for dispatch and navigation
- Represent our company with professionalism and empathy
A Day in the Life of a Dream Care Rides Driver
- Start your shift by reviewing your schedule on our mobile app
- Perform a quick inspection of your assigned company vehicle
- Assist a rider from their home into the vehicle, securing any mobility devices
- Communicate with dispatch for next-trip instructions
- Maintain professionalism and safety throughout the trip
- End your day knowing you helped someone access essential care
- Monday through Friday scheduling
- Most trips occur between 5:30 AM and 5:00 PM
- Scheduling is based on trip volume and availability
- Opportunities for growth as service demand increases
Key Responsibilities
- Safely transport clients to and from medical appointments
- Secure wheelchairs and mobility aids properly
- Keep company vehicles clean and compliant with safety standards
- Use a mobile app for scheduling and navigation
- Communicate professionally with dispatch and riders
Requirements
- Clean Motor Vehicle Record (MVR)
- Completion of DOT physical
- Pass background check and drug screening
- Ability to assist passengers with mobility limitations
- Experience working with elderly or medically vulnerable individuals is a plus
- Basic smartphone and GPS navigation skills
Required Certifications
All drivers must complete the following certifications before assignment:
- PASS Basic (CTAA)
- Securement 101 (Wheelchair Safety Training)
- CPR & First Aid with AED
- Defensive Driving (4-Hour Course)
- HIPAA Training
- Fraud, Waste, and Abuse Training (CMS)
Reimbursement for certifications and medical screening costs is available after 90 days of active service, with valid receipts and proof of completion.
