Competitive pay ($32.00–$45.00 / hr, pending experience) and comprehensive benefits:

- Perform line maintenance (on‑call and scheduled) for various customers’ aircraft.
- Conduct routine maintenance and airworthiness releases within the scope of approval, returning aircraft to service.
- Service, inspect, and maintain aircraft, aircraft engines, and associated components to meet deadlines and performance goals.
- Troubleshoot systems; disassemble, repair, and reassemble components to maintain fully functioning equipment per Approved Technical Data.
- Ensure all departing aircraft are airworthy per FARs and manufacturer manuals, and that all work is properly documented.
- Execute line maintenance duties, activities, and tasks as assigned and maintain effective communication with the air carrier’s Maintenance Control Center.
- Current FAA Airframe & Powerplant (A&P) license.
- Experience with A320 and at least 40 hours of General Fleet maintenance.
- Valid driver’s license.
- Physical ability to stand, walk, lift up to 50 lbs, and work in hazardous environments (fumes, chemicals, noise).
- Strong visual acuity for operating equipment and reading technical information.
- Willingness to work flexible shifts including nights, weekends, and travel for work.
- Proficiency in reading and writing English; ability to pass airport security background checks.
- Organizational skills and ability to manage multiple priorities.
- Customer‑facing skills, capable of working with flight crew and interacting professionally.
- Self‑motivated, independent worker able to perform tasks with minimal supervision.
