As Community Marketing Manager
, you’ll be responsible for building and activating our club communities through engaging events, on-site activations, local partnerships, and digital storytelling
. This role is highly visible and hands-on — focused on bringing energy to our clubs, strengthening relationships, and ensuring our marketing shows up where our members already are: in the club, online, and in the community.

You’ll work across both Lakeshore and Elite locations
, traveling regularly between clubs to support events, partnerships, and community moments. You’ll collaborate closely with club leaders, programming teams, and external partners to turn ideas into experiences that drive engagement, retention, and membership growth. Need to have a willingness and flexibility to travel between club locations.

Rather than sitting behind a desk, this role is about being present — spotting opportunities, activating spaces, and creating moments that make our clubs feel alive and connected.

Responsibilities
  • Build and activate club communities through engaging events, on-site activations, local partnerships, and digital storytelling.
  • Be highly visible and hands-on, bringing energy to clubs and strengthening relationships; ensure marketing shows up where members are: in the club, online, and in the community.

Qualifications / Key Skills
  • Experience in community marketing and engagement.
  • Event planning and activation experience.
  • Partnership development and brand storytelling.
  • In-club and digital marketing execution.
  • Cross-functional collaboration, organization, and follow-through.
  • Relationship building and experience-driven thinking.
  • Willingness and flexibility to travel between club locations.
