As a lifeguard, you will play a crucial role in our Water Safety Team. Your responsibilities will include implementing all water safety policies and procedures while supervising members and guests in and around the swimming pool.

• Arrive at work dressed appropriately and ready at least 5 minutes early.
• Ensure safety through supervision and enforcement of rules.
• Respond quickly to emergencies in and out of the water.
• Administer first aid as needed.
• Report unsafe conditions to the Director or Head Guard.
• Complete assigned cleaning and maintenance duties.
• Test water and report chlorine or pH issues to the supervisor.
• Maintain a professional appearance.
• Know and enforce pool rules respectfully.
• Display a positive attitude.
• Attend all staff meetings and training sessions.

• Must be at least 16 years old.
• Valid lifeguard certification (training available).
• Excellent public relations and customer service skills.
• Strong verbal and written communication abilities.
• Capable of analyzing information and making objective assessments.
• Maintain objectivity and appropriate care standards.
• Team player who can work under direct supervision in a fast‑paced environment.
• Flexible availability for mornings, evenings, weekends, and holidays.
• Bilingual in Spanish is a plus.

Earn up to $16.78 per hour depending on experience. Available hours range from 24 to 32 per week, with shifts during the day, evening, weekend, and holiday hours.
