• Plan and conduct practices, games, and conditioning sessions.
• Recruit, retain, and evaluate prospective student-athletes.
• Manage team operations, travel, equipment, and budget.
• Ensure compliance with university, conference, and governing body rules.
• Support student-athletes  academic progress, personal development, and well-being.
• Remain knowledgeable of and adhere to CCAC and NAIA regulations.
• Demonstrated ability to build cohesive teams.
• Independent decision-making.
• Willingness to work long hours.

Education:

Bachelor s Degree required

Experience:

Playing or coaching background in Women s Flag Football
Work Schedule
Weekdays and Weekends
