Senior ColdFusion Engineer

We are seeking a Senior Software Engineer with strong Cold Fusion expertise to join our team on a full-time basis
. The ideal candidate will have proven experience working with modern Cold Fusion frameworks and databases and will contribute to building, maintaining, and scaling robust applications. Exposure to cloud services, containers, and front-end technologies will be considered a strong advantage.

This initiative focuses on advancing HR software solutions and strengthening competitive advantage through targeted technology development. Key priorities include:

• Localization & Globalization: Adapting platforms for international markets with multilingual interfaces, region-specific compliance, and localized features.
• Product Development: Expanding the ecosystem with new modules, analytics dashboards, performance tracking, and third-party integrations.
• Emerging Technologies: Embedding AI, machine learning, and predictive analytics to deliver intelligent automation, advanced reporting, and data-driven insights.
• API & Ecosystem Expansion: Building robust APIs and integration frameworks to connect with payroll, recruitment, and other external systems, fostering partnerships and interoperability.

The project emphasizes agile methodologies, high-quality coding standards, and rigorous testing to ensure scalable, secure, and user-friendly HR solutions.

• Experience with Adobe Cold Fusion or Lucee (Lucee preferred)
• Strong knowledge of SQL Server
• Experience with Postgres is a plus
• Nice to Have (Preferred Skills)
• Command Box and Cold Box frameworks
• Front-end experience with ReactJS
• Familiarity with Docker / Containers
• Cloud services experience with AWS
• Knowledge of C# .NET
