NOCD is the #1 telehealth provider for the treatment of obsessive‑compulsive disorder (OCD). OCD is one of the most severe, prevalent, and misunderstood mental health conditions. NOCD creates access to online therapy for people with OCD through our telehealth platform. In the NOCD app, Members can quickly access and schedule live, face‑to‑face video therapy sessions with our national network of licensed Therapists that specialize in Exposure and Response Prevention Therapy (ERP) – considered the "gold standard" in OCD treatment.

Opportunity OverviewNOCD is seeking a mid‑level Android Engineer to help scale our mobile platform and expand access to effective OCD treatment. You’ll work closely with engineering leadership, product, design, and clinical teams to deliver high‑quality mobile experiences that directly support patients and therapists.
This role is ideal for someone who enjoys building thoughtful, well‑architected Android applications and is excited to contribute to our Flutter‑based mobile platform. While our app is built in Flutter, we’re looking for a strong Android foundation first.
Required Qualifications- 3–5 years of professional mobile development experience, with a strong focus on Android
- Proficiency in Kotlin and modern Android development (Jetpack, architecture patterns, etc.)
- Experience shipping and maintaining production Android applications
- Solid understanding of mobile architecture, testing practices, and performance considerations
- Experience working cross‑functionally with product and design teams
- Clear written and verbal communication skills
- Ownership mindset and comfort operating in a fast‑moving environment
- Experience with Flutter and Dart (or strong interest in learning)
- Experience working in cross‑platform mobile environments
- Familiarity with backend integration and REST APIs
- Exposure to analytics, experimentation, or subscription‑based mobile apps
- Startup or high‑growth environment experience

- Contribute to and evolve NOCD’s flagship Flutter‑based Android app
- Build new patient‑facing features and improve existing user experiences
- Collaborate with backend engineers to support mobile functionality
- Help improve mobile engineering practices and code quality
- Support product experiments and analytics integrations as needed
