We are seeking an innovative and forward-thinking Staff Software Developer passionate about building a world-class platform through a world-class team. Creating technical software excellence and spearheading application development in design, implementation, and maintenance to make magic happen.

• Bachelor’s degree in Computer Science or equivalent experience, with at least 8 years of application development experience
• An expert in application development and best practices for cloud architecture and deployment
• Proven ability to influence and mentor developers within an agile team environment
• Skilled in reviewing and estimating user stories as part of an agile development process
• Extensive experience with Azure Services
• Deep knowledge and expertise in ASP.NET/Core and C#
• Experience with Test-Driven Development (TDD) and Behavior-Driven Development (BDD)
• Skilled in designing and implementing CI/CD pipelines within Azure Dev Ops
• Advanced troubleshooting skills and experience in production application support
• Daily use of integrated development environments (IDEs) Visual Studio
• Solid understanding of Windows operating system principles and administration
• Experience in the financial industry is a plus

• Lead, mentor, and grow engineers while influencing technical direction across teams
• Collaborate effectively with technical and non-technical stakeholders in a global, cross-functional agile environment
• Act as a change agent, continuously improving technology, processes, and product quality
• Apply strong analytical and data-driven thinking to solve complex problems in sophisticated, distributed systems
• Communicate clearly and confidently, both verbatim and in writing
• Maintain a strong customer mindset and a high bar for quality in every solution delivered
• Operate as a self-starter who can prioritize, execute independently, and drive initiatives forward
• Learn quickly, stay current with modern practices and technologies, and apply them proactively
• Diagnose, troubleshoot, and resolve issues efficiently to ensure reliable, high-performing software
• Bring deep expertise in cloud-based systems, leveraging Azure to build scalable, resilient solutions
