Lead Full-Stack Engineer

Overview

We are seeking an experienced Full Stack Engineering Lead to join our Product Engineering team. This role will help lead our team of engineers in all aspects of the software development lifecycle. Lead front-end and backend development, maintain quality alignment to processes, contribute to component development, collaborate with team leads for cross-team functionality.

• Lead the implementation and maintenance of our platform code and components, spanning both frontend and backend.
• Guide platform, operations, and engineering teams in collaboration.
• Ensure features are well-tested, contributing to our continuous integration environment.
• Diagnose performance bottlenecks and solve critical production issues across the entire stack.
• Collaborate in designing solutions using both backend and frontend technologies.

• Deliver high-performance, low-latency software solutions for our platform.
• Enhance the platform with new technologies and techniques in both frontend and backend areas.
• Ensure robust testing and integration to maintain software quality.
• Identify and solve critical issues to maintain platform performance.

• What you’ll bring with you:
  • Bachelor’s degree in Computer Science or a related field, or equivalent experience, with 5+ years in full stack software development.
  • Knowledge of high-performance software and clean architecture principles.
  • Experience with Single Page Applications (SPAs) using Type Script and Angular or other modern frameworks/technologies.
  • Strong expertise in backend development with Python or similar languages.

Base Salary: $98,000 – $182,000

Actual compensation within the range will be dependent upon, but not limited to the individual’s skills, experience, qualifications, location and application employment laws. The salary pay range is subject to change and may be modified at any time.
