Fullstack Developer (GenAI)
Join the Generative AI Innovation team at Hirex Hire to transform how the client and their customers leverage data. This full‑time, hybrid position based in Denver, CO builds and leads GenAI features and agents.

- Lead virtual developer teams using Cognition AI’s Devin or similar tools.
- Collaborate with teams to design innovative GenAI‑based products and features.
- Research, evaluate, and document new technologies and developer agents.
- Evangelize GenAI benefits within the company.
- Write clean, maintainable code.
- Collaborate with cross‑functional teams.
- Manage task priorities, estimates, and deadlines.
- Demonstrate knowledge of software and security best practices.
- Produce documentation and evaluation of new technologies.
- Communicate to evaluate leveraging GenAI for process improvements.
- Translate product ideas into technical designs and development tasks.
- Conduct sessions and webinars to disseminate knowledge.
- Define new opportunities for leveraging GenAI.
- 2+ years of experience with:
- .NET/.NET Core, ASP.NET Core, Web/REST APIs
- React, Vue, Angular, Svelte, Type Script
- 1+ year of experience with:
- SQL Azure (preferred) or SQL Server
- Postgre
SQL (preferred) - Unit testing frameworks
- AI development experience.
- Experience with Git Hub and Microsoft Visual Studio Code (preferred) or Microsoft Visual Studio.
- Education in Computer Science or Software Engineering (or related experience).
- Strong communication and problem‑solving skills.
- Creative, independent thinker, and collaborative teammate.
- Excellent at multi‑tasking.
