We’re looking for a Full Stack Product Engineer with hands‑on experience building and enhancing loyalty program platforms within the hospitality industry. In this role, you’ll collaborate with product, architecture, and engineering teams to design, develop, and support high‑impact features that power guest engagement, rewards, and personalized experiences across our digital ecosystem.

• Develop scalable frontend and backend features using modern frameworks to support loyalty enrollment, member profiles, rewards management, and personalized offers.
• Build and integrate RESTful APIs that connect loyalty systems with booking engines, CRM platforms, mobile apps, and partner networks.
• Lead framework and library upgrades, ensuring system stability, performance, and security across all loyalty‑related applications.
• Conduct code reviews and collaborate with peers to maintain high engineering standards and clean, maintainable code.
• Provide system support for loyalty program services, troubleshooting issues and ensuring seamless guest experiences.

• Strong full‑stack engineering background with 6–8 years of professional development experience.
• Proven experience with:
• React.js and Next.js
• Java (8+) and Spring Boot
• Docker & Kubernetes for containerization and orchestration
• Gradle build tools
• Jest, JUnit, Jupiter, and Mockito for unit testing
• Experience resolving security vulnerabilities and implementing secure coding practices.
• Background supporting or developing hospitality loyalty systems (e.g., rewards engines, member portals, tier management, partner integrations) is highly preferred.
