Key Requirements- Strong hands‑on experience in Python development
- Mandatory experience with Thought Machine (TM Vault / Vault Core)
- Experience building and integrating RESTful APIs
- Hands‑on with Kafka or other event‑streaming platforms
- Strong understanding of microservices architecture
- Experience working in banking / financial services environments
- Familiar with cloud platforms (AWS/Google Cloud Platform preferred)
- Ability to work in Agile/Scrum teams
- Develop and enhance backend services using Python and TM Vault
- Integrate core banking systems using APIs and event‑driven architecture
- Build scalable, secure, and high‑performance services
- Collaborate with product, QA, and Dev Ops teams
