Every consultant belongs to a practice, an internal group of consultants and leaders with shared experience and expertise. Each of these practices aligns to one of the core services offered to clients. As a Front End Developer, you will join the Digital Modernization practice, where technology and strategy combine to deliver exceptional digital experiences, empowering organizations to thrive in today's digital market.
Responsibilities- Build responsive, scalable front‑end features using Angular within an established project structure
- Collaborate with backend developers and architects to integrate APIs and data workflows
- Work within existing tools and architecture to deliver quickly, while identifying areas for enhancement or expansion
- Maintain focus on customer experience, performance, and usability
- Participate in Agile sprint cycles, including backlog refinement, stand‑ups, and demos
- Communicate clearly with stakeholders, especially in navigating unknowns and evolving requirements
- Strong proficiency in Angular (v10+) with a solid understanding of component architecture, state management, and performance tuning
- Experience in JavaScript/Type Script, HTML, CSS
- Familiarity with REST APIs and integration patterns
- Experience working with existing codebases and enhancing scalable front‑end systems
- Demonstrated ability to take initiative and work independently
- Strong Problem‑solving Skills And Communication Abilities
- Understanding of Agile methodologies
- Backend exposure (Node.js, .NET, or similar)
- Experience with CI/CD and Dev Ops practices
- UX/UI sensitivity and experience with customer‑facing platforms
- Prior work with geographically distributed teams
The salary range for this role is $115,000 to $165,000 (or the hourly equivalent).
