Responsibilities- ERSEA Coordinator responsibilities include eligibility, recruitment, selection, enrollment, and attendance.
- Develops systems for the management and compliance of Family & Community Partnerships programming, ERSEA, and Health Services provided at the Head Start sites.
- Reviews each program’s Family Support, Parent Involvement, and Community Partnerships files, providing constructive feedback.
- Provides training and technical assistance to Family Support Staff to ensure that Head Start requirements are implemented appropriately and consistently across sites.
- Participates in the evaluation of program services through the Self-Assessment process.
- Develops Family & Community Partnerships plans addressing the requirements of the Performance Standard.
- Serves as a liaison to the social service community.
- Conducts Health Service Advisory Committee Meetings.

Education
A bachelor’s degree in social services, human services, family studies, social work, counseling or a related field.
Experience
- Minimum of 3-5 years of experience working with children and families.
Reliable transportation, valid driver's license and acceptable driving record with OHU required levels of auto insurance.
