The Training Coordinator is responsible for the development, coordination, delivery, and documentation of all required staff training for employees supporting adults with intellectual and developmental disabilities. This role ensures compliance with Illinois state regulations, funding source requirements, and organizational policies while promoting high-quality, person-centered services. The Training Coordinator must be able to deliver training across multiple shifts to ensure all employees receive required instruction.
The intent of this role is to ensure all employees receive training and communication in a seamless format to successfully complete their jobs.
- Bachelors degree in a social service or education field preferred.
- Minimum 3 years experience working with people with intellectual disabilities.
- Minimum 3 years management/supervision experience in related field.
- Bilingual (Spanish & English) strongly preferred.
- Driver’s license required.
- Proficient in Microsoft Office Suite.

- $27.00 – $30.00/ hour

- Flexibility to travel to other worksites/work assignments required.
