A nonprofit organization is seeking a dedicated individual to coordinate services for state wards and their families. The role includes conducting home visits, moving cases toward permanency in juvenile court, and arranging sibling visitation. Applicants must hold a Bachelor’s Degree in Social Work or a related field, become licensed by the IL Department of Children & Family Services, and possess strong organizational and communication skills.

Bilingual candidates in Spanish are preferred.
