Resident Services Coordinator, Multifamily – The Saint Grand ()
Job Description SummaryProvide excellent customer service to clients, residents, prospective residents, guests, and vendors. Serve as the face of the property and promote community. Act as the main point of contact for residents before, during, and after significant interior renovations, coordinating with property managers, contractors, and the property team to ensure a high‑quality resident experience.
EssentialJob Duties
- Provide resources and a welcoming environment for residents, customers, vendors, and neighbors.
- Acquire broad knowledge of the community and surrounding area.
- Assess residents’ needs and connect them with appropriate provider and community resources.
- Facilitate programs and services such as health and wellness, life enrichment, or transportation.
- Develop a resource directory of local social service agencies and providers.
- Prepare and maintain a log of resident issues and services provided.
- Assist residents with benefits and entitlement program applications.
- Assist residents with resolution of lease violations under the supervision of the Property Manager.
- Promote a strong sense of community and help residents connect with one another.
- Coordinate resident activities and movements with client representatives and construction teams during renovations.
- Assist residents in preparing for home changes and address questions during the renovation process.
- Help residents understand the renovation process and connect to families, friends, and social networks for support during displacement.
- Deliver culturally appropriate and age‑appropriate activities for residents.
- Understand the characteristics of the resident population and property.
- Effectively interact with individuals from diverse backgrounds and pay attention to detail.
- Willingness to work some evenings and weekends; act respectfully, patient, and consistently with core values.
- Understand issues that impact differential use of services such as socio‑economic, age, culture, gender, and race.

- Strong interpersonal, communication, organization, writing, and computer skills.
- High School Diploma, GED, Trade, Technical, or Vocational school.
- Leasing Licensed Required.
- 1+ years of related experience.
Professional office environment with standard office equipment. Regular travel between properties in varying weather conditions.
Physical DemandsStand, walk, and traverse staircases and ladders. Travel outside between buildings. Remain stationary (sit or stand) 85% of the time.
Other DutiesOther duties may be assigned at any time with or without notice.
Compensation & BenefitsCompensation: $25.50 – $30.00 hourly. Competitive benefits package including health, vision, dental, flexible spending accounts, health savings accounts, retirement savings plans, life and disability insurance, and paid/unpaid time off. The company will not pay less than minimum wage.
