Job Description

We are seeking a highly skilled and dedicated Permanent Maintenance Technician to join our team. This role is not for the faint‑hearted, but for someone who thrives in a fast‑paced environment, loves a good challenge, and has a keen eye for detail.

Responsibilities

Perform regular preventive maintenance on machines, equipment, and plant facilities to minimize downtime.

Inspect machinery to identify and respond to problems in a timely and efficient manner.

Repair and maintain hydraulic and pneumatic systems to ensure optimal functionality.

Utilize your welding skills to repair and maintain various types of machinery and equipment.

Perform plumbing repairs and maintenance as needed.

Calibrate equipment to ensure that it meets all the necessary specifications and regulations.

Troubleshoot problems with machinery and implement effective solutions.

Collaborate with the rest of the maintenance team to maintain a safe and clean working environment.

Qualifications

Minimum of 5 years of experience in a maintenance technician role.

Proven experience in maintaining and repairing mechanical systems.

Proficiency in preventive maintenance procedures.

Extensive knowledge of hydraulic and pneumatic systems.

Strong welding and plumbing skills.

Experience in equipment calibration and troubleshooting.

Excellent problem‑solving skills and attention to detail.

Ability to work both independently and as part of a team.

Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.

A high degree of physical fitness and ability to lift heavy machinery.

A valid driver's license.
