• Perform clean and checks, maintenance, and repairs.
• Serve as a resident expert on residential, commercial, and specialty equipment (e.g., boilers, larger units).
• Learn new equipment and confidently tackle unique challenges.
• Uphold high safety and accuracy standards on every job.
• Build relationships with customers, offering value-added services and solutions.
• Minimize call-backs by performing high-quality, thorough work.

• Completion of HVAC Trade School.
• EPA Certification (Type I, II, or Universal).
• Strong communication and problem-solving skills.
• Sales and estimating capabilities to help customers make the best decisions.
• Clean motor vehicle record.
• Availability for overtime, weekends, and holidays when needed.
