** Responsibilities
* ** Install 80% and 90% Furnaces and Air Conditioners.
* Adapt installation techniques to the Blue Frost Way (Code +).
* Install Heat Pumps, Mini-Splits, Hot Water Boilers, Tankless water heaters, Tanked Water Heaters, and Roof Top Units with support or willingness to learn.
* Act as a subject matter expert on all types of equipment (Residential, Commercial, Boilers, Tankless systems, light commercial).
* Continually learn new equipment and installation techniques.
* Perform work safely and accurately, maintaining a minimal call back rate on Install Calls.
* Offer customers value-added services.
* Perform other job duties as assigned.
** Qualifications
* ** Successful completion of HVAC Trade School or 3+ years of experience in the field.
* EPA Certification (Type I, II, or Universal).
* Owns Installer Tools Including Power Tools.
* Availability to work extended hours, weekends, holidays, and overtime as needed.
* Strong communication skills.
* Excellent problem-solving skills.
* Sales and Estimating skills.
* 3 years + experience
** Physical Demands*
* · Climb ladders; access attics/crawl spaces; lift 50+ lbs multiple times per shift.
· Alternate sitting, standing, kneeling, and crawling to service equipment.
** Pay and Benefits*
* · Base pay: $24.00–$45.00/hr DOE, plus commissions, bonuses, and overtime.
· Paid vacation, 7 paid holidays (including a floating birthday-week holiday).
· Unlimited Approved Time Off + 3 short-notice sick days.
· Paid Training and Continuing Education.
· Weekends Off; on-call only 1 weekend every six weeks.
