Location: Illinois Region (required to report to the job site as scheduled)
Pay: $19.75/hr + Overtime Potential
Status: Full‑Time, Hourly, Non‑Exempt
Reports To: Foreman & Field Operations Supervisor

As a Technician
, you’ll be right in the action: supporting project crews, improving your trade skills, and learning the safety and technical expertise that help you grow into a top‑tier professional. We train, support, and develop you every step of the way.
After just 60 days, you’re eligible for:

- Help maintain clean, organized, and safe job sites

- Improve production, quality, and technical skills through ongoing training
- Take direction well and contribute to a positive team environment
A great Technician is someone who is:
- Motivated and eager to learn
- Reliable and punctual
- Available to work weekends
- Coachable and detail‑oriented
- A team player with strong communication skills
- Comfortable working in a fast‑paced, active job environment
- Aligned with our mission, values, and commitment to safety
- At least 6 months commercial/industrial painting or coatings experience
- Familiarity with job site tools, equipment, and materials
- Reliable crew member with strong attendance
- Valid Driver’s License + clean MVR
- Reliable transportation (job sites vary)
- Ability to pass drug and alcohol screening
- OSHA‑10 safety knowledge or certification
- Quick learner with solid production awareness
- Ability to work efficiently in a busy, active environment
- Follow all safety procedures
- Wear proper PPE
- Not be afraid of heights due to boom lifts (training required)
- Report hazards or incidents immediately
- Participate in safety training and development
- Help maintain an injury‑free workplace

Physical Requirements- Lift 15–50 lbs
- Frequent bending, kneeling, ladder climbing
- Use power tools and other equipment as needed
