We are seeking a skilled Hardwood Flooring Installer to join our team. The ideal candidate will have experience installing various types of hardwood floors, including solid hardwood and performance-engineered hardwood. This role involves working closely with clients to ensure high-quality results that meet their flooring needs.

• Possess errors and omissions insurance of at least $1 million.
• Maintain insurance coverage extending to employees and third parties, including at least $100,000 bodily injury and $1,000,000 property damage coverage.

• Proven experience as a Hardwood Flooring Installer or similar role, preferably in City of Chicago buildings, high rises, homes, and businesses.
• Knowledge of different hardwood flooring types and installation techniques.
• Ability to read blueprints and design plans.
• Strong attention to detail and precision.
• Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
• Physical fitness to handle heavy materials.
• High school diploma or equivalent; certifications in carpentry or flooring are a plus.
