• Pay range of $21 to $25 per hour includes base pay and performance-based bonuses
• Monthly bonus program depending on add-on repairs
• Pay raise following paid training completion
• Direct four-week track to Surface Repair Technician
• No weekends, late nights, or evenings (overtime is available)

• Experience working with your hands - This could be in construction, manufacturing, painting, or even a personal hobby
• An ability to identify, compare, and recreate colors - Understanding color and how to match color is a large part of what we do
• Valid driver’s license with a clean driving record

• Complete 4 or more creative repairs at different worksites each day
• Display world-class customer service for tenants and property management staff
• Track work progress and notes in our dispatch tool
• Communicate with the support team with questions
• Understand and utilize our unique 5-step repair process
• Employ each tool in your custom tool-kit
• Problem-solve repairs with creativity

Surface Experts is an all-inclusive surface repair service provider. We repair minor damage to surfaces like floors, countertops, bathtubs, cabinets, appliances, furniture, elevator panels…Almost everything! Most repairs are simple and smaller than a dinner plate, yet our competition focuses on complete resurfacing. Our objective is to deliver a positive customer experience and cultivate lasting relationships. We focus on saving our customers time, money, and materials that would otherwise end up in a landfill.

Compensation: $21.00 - $25.00 per hour
