Maintenance Technician – Multiple Sites – Chicago, IL
Join KMG Prestige, Inc. as a Maintenance Technician in Chicago, IL, supporting Park Apartments, Prairie Park, Winterberry Place, and Ironwood Court. We seek a detail‑oriented, customer‑focused technician who enjoys new challenges and takes pride in their work.
Responsibilities- Overall maintenance of the property
- Service requests and apartment turns
- Emergency on‑call
- Basic HVAC knowledge
- Driver’s license required for travel between sites
- Experience with plumbing, electrical, carpentry and drywall
- Appliance repair skills
- Knowledge of basic residential repairs (3 years minimum)
- Ability to safely use hand tools, power tools, mechanical equipment, and more
- Available for emergency on‑call
