We have an immediate opening for an HVAC Service Technician. This position will work with residential homeowners for service, maintenance, and repairs.

Position: HVAC Service Technician
Benefits: Union Benefits
Pay: Union Scale
Schedule- Monday Through Friday
- 7:00am to 4:00pm
- Full-Time
- Overtime available
- Dispatched to calls by our expert in-house dispatcher
- Service / maintenance / repair on residential heating and air conditioning systems
- Consult customers on repair or replacement options as needed
- Educate customers on new technology and IAQ accessories
- Provide the customer with a high‑quality experience
- Test and balance systems
- Valid driver's license and insurable driving record
- 2 years of residential HVAC service experience or combination of education and experience
- EPA Type 1 & 2 or EPA Universal Certification
- Familiar with a wide range of equipment and troubleshooting techniques
- Advanced customer service skills
- Ability to read and interpret wiring diagrams and blueprints
- Knowledge of air balancing principles and techniques
- Ability to consult on customer complaints and give solutions that benefit both customers and company
- Well organized and able to work independently
- Verbal and written communication skills
- Certificate of completion from an HVAC Technical School desired
- High school diploma or equivalent
