Lead Maintenance Technician
The candidate will be responsible for troubleshooting and providing immediate preventive maintenance and full maintenance repair for building equipment and production lines. This role involves supporting the preventive maintenance program by suggesting improvements to reduce downtime. The candidate will perform mechanical and electrical maintenance repairs on production machines and validate their work with engineers. Additionally, the candidate will troubleshoot electrical and mechanical systems, ensuring solutions are documented and completed accordingly.
Responsibilities also include assisting with changeovers and line startups as required, ordering parts, and communicating with vendors and outsourced water line teams.
- Troubleshoot and perform immediate preventive maintenance and full maintenance repair for building equipment and production lines.
- Support the preventive maintenance program by suggesting ways to reduce downtime.
- Perform mechanical and electrical maintenance repairs on production machines and validate with engineers.
- Troubleshoot electrical and mechanical systems, documenting and completing solutions accordingly.
- Assist with changeovers and line startups as needed.
- Order parts and communicate with vendors and outsourced water line teams.
- 5+ years of industrial maintenance experience.
- Minimum 2 years of electrical processing knowledge.
- Ability to lift 50 lbs.
- Ability to climb ladders and stairs.
- Ability to read electrical and pneumatic schematics.
- Experience with troubleshooting, mechanical, electrical, hydraulics, pneumatics, preventive maintenance, maintenance repair, 3‑phase, PLCs, blueprint, facilities maintenance, and motors.
Skills & Qualifications
- Food manufacturing or processing experience.
- Spanish speaking.
- Welding experience.

Pay and BenefitsThe pay range for this position is $65,000.0 - $85,000.0/yr.
