We are seeking a Piping Installer to join our team in Addison, IL.

• Installing piping:
  Air Net aluminum piping, standard galvanized and other threaded or flanged piping; modify, clean, and maintain pipe systems, units, fittings, and related machines and equipment, following specifications and using hand and power tools.
• Servicing and maintaining air compressors:
  Perform routine, preventative maintenance and repairs on oil-injected and oil-free air compressors per manufacturer recommendations, testing and documenting operating parameters before and after maintenance.
• Read and interpret blueprints, drawings, or pictures to understand component geometry and dimensions; use hands and arms skillfully within precise limits or accuracy standards.
• Promote and practice proper safety procedures and correct use of personal protective equipment at all times.
• Provide exceptional customer service:
  Respond to customer needs, communicate professionally, and build rapport to ensure customer satisfaction and repeat business.

• High School diploma or equivalent required; technical training in electrical, hydraulics, and/or pneumatics preferred.
• Minimum 2 years of strong mechanical experience; HVAC experience is a plus, compressor experience strongly desired.
• Valid driver’s license.
• No issues with heights.
• Ability to work independently with strong self‑management and professionalism.
• Ability to complete work within assigned deadlines.
• Computer proficiency for communication, research, and work orders.
• Ability to read and write in English.
• Capable of lifting up to 50 lbs. regularly; work in industrial environments including extremes in temperature with continuous walking, reaching, bending, and kneeling.
• Some overnight travel required.
