Schedule- Monday Through Friday
- 7:00am to 4:00pm
- Full-Time
- Overtime available
Lead Residential HVAC Installer
What You Will Be Doing- Retrofit / Changeout of residential heating and air conditioning systems
- Ducted and ductless systems
- Installing Indoor Air Quality accessories, and ductwork
- Installing boilers
- Radiant heat and steam systems
- Test and balance systems
- Consult with customers and answer their questions
- Supervise the work of other installers, and train new installers
- Maintaining a high-quality and timely job performance
- Providing the customer with a high-quality experience
- We are Carrier Factory Authorized Dealer
- Valid driver's license and insurable driver's license
- 3+ years of residential retrofit/change out experience
- Job lead experience
- EPA Type 1 & 2
- Experience installing gas and electric furnaces, heat pumps, mini splits and other residential systems
- Experience installing boilers
- Proficient in all HVAC functional design and installation of ductwork systems
- Able to train and supervise others
- Experienced in all HVAC low voltage systems
- Able to lift 50 lb.
- High school diploma or its equivalent
