As an Unarmed Patrol Officer with Allied Universal at a commercial real estate location, you will monitor assigned areas, conduct routine foot patrols, and stay visible to help reduce security-related incidents. You will respond to alarms and service requests, document observations, and communicate clearly with tenants, guests, and onsite teams.

** What You'll Do:*
* + Provide customer service to tenants, visitors, and contractors by carrying out post orders, site-specific policies, and when appropriate, emergency response activities at a commercial real estate location.

+ Conduct regular and random foot patrols of building common areas, corridors, stairwells, and exterior perimeter to help to deter unauthorized activity and identify maintenance or access concerns.

+ Monitor access points and assist with visitor management procedures, including verifying identification as required and directing individuals to appropriate areas according to site guidelines.

+ Respond to incidents and critical situations in a calm, problem-solving manner, including disturbances, medical calls, and fire or alarm activations, and notify site leadership and/or public emergency services as needed.

+ Complete routine reports and incident documentation, communicate security-related observations to property management and/or Allied Universal leadership, and support tenant service requests within scope of post duties.

* + Client requires proof of high school diploma or GED.

+ Be at least 21 years of age.

+ CPR certification is preferred and may be completed post hire.

+ Alarm panel experience is preferred.

+ Customer service experience is preferred.

+ Be at least 18 years of age for unarmed roles; 21+ years of age for armed roles.

+ Possess a high school diploma or equivalent.

+ As a condition of employment, applicants will be subject to a background investigation in accordance with all federal, state, and local laws.

+ Allied Universal will consider qualified applications with criminal histories in a manner consistent with applicable laws.

+ As a condition of employment, applicants will be subject to a drug screen to the extent permitted by law.

+ Licensing requirements are subject to state and/or local laws and regulations and may be required prior to employment.

+ A valid driver's license will be required for driving positions only.
