Security Officer - Unarmed

Position: Security Officer - Unarmed - Full Time Position
Allied Universal -  - Responsibilities:
Provide customer service to guests, students, faculty, staff, and/or visitors by following Allied Universal and site-specific security-related procedures;
Conduct regular and random unarmed patrols throughout galleries, classrooms, offices, common areas, and perimeter areas; document observations and report unusual activity, hazards, and/or maintenance concerns per post orders;
Respond to incidents and critical situations in a calm, problem-solving manner, including disturbances, medical events, fire alarms, and/or lost property, and notify on-site personnel and/or emergency services as required;
Monitor entrances and interior spaces to help to deter unauthorized access and/or prohibited behavior; assist with directions, queue management, and visitor policy reminders;
Complete accurate daily activity reports, incident reports, and shift logs; communicate post updates, policy changes, and/or follow-up actions to supervisors and oncoming personnel
