Allied Universal - - Responsibilities:
Conduct regular and random unarmed patrols of the facility, including exterior perimeter, parking areas, trailer yards, and loading dock areas;
Monitor access points such as guard shacks, gates, and building entrances; assist with visitor, driver, and vendor check-in and/or badge or credential verification per site policy;
Observe and report suspicious activity, hazards, and/or policy violations; complete shift reports and incident documentation as required;
Respond to incidents and critical situations in a calm, problem-solving manner, including notifying site leadership and/or emergency services as appropriate;
Provide customer service by carrying out security-related procedures, site-specific policies, and/or emergency response activities at a logistics and distribution location
