Security Officer - Unarmed - Residential

Allied Universal -  - Responsibilities:
Provide customer service to residents, guests, vendors, and property staff by following site-specific access procedures, security-related protocols, and when appropriate, emergency response activities.;
Operate the front desk post by greeting and directing visitors, verifying identification and/or guest authorization, issuing visitor information as directed, and maintaining a professional presence.;
Respond to incidents and critical situations in a calm, problem-solving manner, notifying property management and/or emergency services per site procedures.;
Monitor building entry points and front desk systems such as phones, intercoms, cameras, and alarm panels as assigned, reporting unusual activity and/or maintenance concerns.;
Complete required reports and logs such as visitor logs, incident reports, and shift activity documentation, and communicate relevant updates during shift turnover.
